Torrey Pines is one of three neighborhoods within Pelican Sound featuring executive-style, single-family homes.  These homes range in size from 1,700 to 2,000 square feet and include up to a three-car garage.  WCI Communities first developed Pelican Sound in 1998.  This is a golf community where many homes include golf or lake views.Membership at Pelican Sound Golf & River Club includes access to 27-holes of championship golf.  There are also practice ranges and a putting green, as well as reciprocal golf and dining privileges at other area clubs.  The Golf Club and River Club on site, however, provide both casual and formal dining for members.  The community also has six swimming pools and six tennis courts.  There is also a kayak park and a shuttle to Lover’s Key State Park.
