Lee Plantation is a 55+ manufactured home community off Pine Ridge Road and Summerlin Road in South Fort Myers. It’s completely fenced and gated and very well maintained. There are about 150 homes in Lee Plantation and residents share access to a private clubhouse that is very large. It has a meeting room with a stage, heated pool and spa, tennis court, hobby room, and several shuffleboard courts with shaded seating.
