In conjunction with the brokerage services department at Sandcastle, we offer property preservation and listing/marketing services for Foreclosure and REO (Real Estate Owned) assets.

These services include:

• Trash-out services
• Facilitating the eviction process
• Minor and major repair assessments
• Maintaining utilities and curb appeal until the asset is sold
• Securing and re-key within 24 hours of property possession
• Broker Price Opinions (BPO's) as needed by the asset manager
• Coordination of routine scheduled maintenance such as pool care and landscaping services
• Coordination of repair bids and subsequent work performance
• Marketing thru MLS, various print and internet, yard signs, and on-site financial literature
• Assisting cooperating brokers with showings
• Broker support and assistance at the closing
